Overview
At Yarbro, we strive to deliver high-quality, exclusive products to our subscribers. Due to the custom nature of our subscription boxes and products, we have a strict but fair refund and return policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase only if your subscription box has not yet been moved to shipping.
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@yarbroco.com within 14 days of your purchase
- Include your order number and reason for the request
- If your box has already entered the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products or subscription box contents. All sales are final once the box has shipped.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your item arrives damaged or in less-than-satisfactory condition, we’ll make it right.
We will exchange the item with either:
- The same item, if available, or
- A similar item of equal or greater value, chosen at our discretion
To request an exchange:
- Email info@yarbroco.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We may request that you return the damaged item before issuing a replacement
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Subscription boxes that have entered the shipping process
- Gift cards or discount codes
- Custom-designed items (e.g., subscriber-submitted designs)
- Downloadable digital content
- Health and personal care items
- Items marked “final sale”
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Contact us at info@yarbroco.com for assistance
