Design Submission Release Agreement

By submitting your artwork, photo, graphic design, or other creative content (“Design”) to Yarbro via our member portal, you (“Contributor”) agree to the following terms:
1. Permission to Use
You grant Yarbro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Modify, adapt, and reproduce your Design for use on apparel, products, marketing materials, and digital content;
- Include the Design in Yarbro subscription boxes, merchandise, or promotions;
- Credit you by name, initials, or social handle (as you provide it), unless you request to remain anonymous.
You retain ownership of your original Design, but you grant Yarbro the right to use it as outlined above.
2. Exclusivity and Compensation
Designs selected for production will be:
- Made exclusively available to Yarbro subscribers
- Printed in limited quantities and not sold publicly
At this time, Yarbro does not offer monetary compensation for selected submissions. However, chosen Contributors may receive:
- Public credit as the featured designer
- A copy of the final product featuring their Design
- Recognition in Yarbro marketing or social media
3. Originality of Work
By submitting a Design, you confirm that:
- You are the original creator and owner of the content
- The Design does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others
- You have full rights to grant Yarbro the permissions listed above
If your Design includes any third-party content (like fonts or stock images), you must have the proper licenses to use and share them.
4. Right to Decline or Remove
Yarbro reserves the right to:
- Decline any submission for any reason
- Remove a Design from consideration or use at any time
- Modify or adapt submitted Designs for production purposes (e.g., resizing, color adjustments)
5. Withdrawal of Submission
You may request removal of your Design prior to its selection and production by emailing info@yarbroco.com. Once a Design has been selected and sent to production, we may not be able to withdraw it.
6. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. By submitting a Design, you agree to these terms in full.
