Yes — but only active subscribers can submit designs. If your design is selected, it will be customized and featured in a future box, with your name as the credited artist.
Once you subscribe, you’ll get access to the member area where you can upload your artwork. We’ll contact you if your design is selected.
We do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with the same or a similar item at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please see the return policy for more information
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@yarbroco.com. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellations must be made by the 21st of the month. Please see the cancelation policy for more information.
If you cancel after the 21st, your cancellation will take effect the following month. You will still receive and be charged for the current month’s box. Please see the cancelation policy for more information.
Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase and only if your order has not yet moved to the shipping stage. See our Refund Policy for details.
Each box includes exclusive Yarbro merchandise, early access to drops, and for subscribers on the 12 month plan, 4–5 calls per year (up to 3 calls for a 6 month subscription). You also get the chance to have your own design featured in the box.
Drops are limited-edition products released exclusively by Yarbro. These will be released to subscribers first at special prices and then any remaining stock to the general public. These are only available for a limited time and in limited quantities.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
