By accessing or using the Yarbro website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on this website.
3. Products & Subscriptions
Yarbro offers monthly subscription boxes and exclusive merchandise. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.
Subscription Terms:
- Boxes are billed monthly at $60 (or based on your selected plan)
- You may choose between a 6-month or 12-month plan
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
We aim to ship each month’s subscription box promptly after processing. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, vendor supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

- Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase and only if the order has not entered the shipping process.
- We do not accept returns but will exchange items damaged in transit.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us at info@yarbroco.com. Cancellations must be received by the 21st of the month to avoid the next charge. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
7. User Submissions & Artwork
Subscribers may upload artwork or designs through the member portal. By submitting content, you:
- Confirm that you are the original creator and own the rights
- Grant Yarbro a license to use, modify, and reproduce your work in our products and marketing
- Agree that Yarbro may feature your design in subscription boxes and promotional materials without monetary compensation

8. Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property
All content on yarbroco.com—including text, logos, images, product designs, and graphics—is the property of Yarbro or its partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Yarbro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
